Des Gouverneurs project

Located in the spacious entrance of the Gouverneurs project, the mudroom needed to be functional while also remaining esthetically pleasing. The use of slim shaker doors and the addition of rounded paneling give the room a modern and warm look. There are also rift cut white oak-stained accents, both on the bench and throughout the open area, for an overall elegant design.

The added mirror brings depth to the furniture, on top of providing homeowners with the perfect place to adjust their outfits before leaving the house. A drawer has been included to store keys and other essentials. Niches have been cleverly added under the bench for shoes, freeing up space in the room, leaving it neat and tidy.

A second mudroom was also completed between the garage and the house, allowing the family to store seasonal items away from the main entrance’s mudroom.
